Come on the fickle amongst you. You are disappointing me. I thought by now a dozen profane discriptions of Tynes and half a dozen lists of "available kickers" would have been posted.

Because he didnt dissapoint anyone, OTher guy missed 2 field goals from closer range. IT was windy as hell. Cant really put blame on a kicker for that.

I guess I was spoiled growing up with Stenerud, I don't compare kickers to Lowery, I compare them to Stenerud who played in wind conditions as bad or worse than that pretty damn frequently. The wind conditions at old Municipal Stadium were like that as well.

At first I thought, "Oh crap, it's Lin Elliot* all over again!" But then I realized how windy it was, and when I saw the Buffalo kicker suffering the same problems, it made it a little easier to swallow.
