I see building as starting with a new foundation. New plan, new scheme, new coaches, new players. Obviously that would also mean Herm AND Carl would be gone.
Re-building means you are building where the foundation already exists. Mainly meaning new players. Maybe a couple of new coaches. Carl and Hermy should have thought about this fact before they just fired themselves. That is how truely stupid they both are. They are helping Clark with his decision. |

Herm made the distinction in a press conference. Herm said that he was "building" not "re-building."
I took it as a shot at Carl...i.e. there is nothing here worth rebuilding.
