Would you trade a Donkey SB for Manning retiring?
Seems San Diego forgot to board the plane. If you could know in advance that Peyton retires if they were to win a superbowl this year, would you be okay with it? I hate Denver with a passion, but if we actually want what's best for the Chiefs going forward it might be worth it.

Nope. Peyton is perfectly capable of choking in clutch situations all by himself. Brady will own them next week anyway.

How about a SB and not retiring?
That is how things are shaping up right now. |

Who the hell would vote yes on that? Winning the Super Bowl is a generational accomplishment, even the Denver fans would jump for joy and take that deal if it meant winning it all this season. WTF is wrong with our fans?

I don't think I would, just was asking. If you are thinking about it from only a Chiefs doing well perspective it would be worth it. I'd hate to see Denver win another SB, but it doesn't matter one bit to the Chiefs whether they do or not. We didn't get there, doesn't matter which of the other 31 teams do. It'd be nice not to have to see fivehead suit up again next year.

They haven't seen a winner in so long that they are no longer fans of their own team as much as they are anti-fans of other teams, namely whatever team is dominating them at the time.
