Only Broncos idiots would say the Chiefs have a huge question mark at QB after that QB threw 27 ****ing touchdown passes.

If ANY Broncos quarterback threw 27/7 they would be slobbing his knob 24/7 and telling Chiefs fans how awesome that player is.

In that formula it also appears that 1 passing yard is just as good as a TD pass. Seems to be off a bit.

No, there isn't passing yards included in that formula anywhere. I think what you're looking at is rushing tds, not passing yards.
