A friend of my sister's went to Vegas and wanted to see the store.

When Rick and the others are there, they are closed.

The other people meandering in the background are extras that may appear on the show to 'sell' something.

From what I was told, no. Not when the store is doing actual business. None of the cast members are.

They do that not only for people that aren't regular viewers on A&E but so that when it gets into syndication worldwide, new viewers wont be "lost", which would lead to viewers changing the channel.

Everything in TV is geared towards syndication.

I figured as much, but that doesn't go with me making fun of the show.


This is the first time iirc that I use icon in a post. I need an "expert" to tell me if it is appropriate use of icon or not. I don't recall ever seeing it in any other post before for any reason. Does that affect the vallue of icon for it's usage since it is so rare to use?
