I got married a little more than a month ago.

Well about 6 months ago I bought a cessna 150, Its sitting in a hangar in washington state. I am going to get my flight physical when I get back to the states and do whatever it is I have to do to get checked out again.

A private from where I fly from is about $8000. Power-on stalls rattle me more than power-off, it always feels like I have less control at full power than otherwise. I haven't had a dead stick landing and I will more than likely never be told to attempt one. Alive stick landings are fun enough as it is.

I'll be doing it in tanks, It will be a small operation, and if it is successful , I'll add tanks and add property, I'll be learning on the run, cause right now I don't even have a clue how to start. I have plenty of huge trees to build tree houses on. I am coming back to the states on the 7th of aug. Need to go back to work and save and plan. I am pretty excited about the property. My plans may have to change on the airplane, sorry to say, I may be selling my stuff off and living light while in the states so I can invest here in costa rica.
