You mean he went out and learned more about other businesses the family is involved in as well. That he has to run as well. Chiefs are just part of the puzzle. What an epic logic fail this is. The idea that you can't be good at something if it isn't your number 1 passion. You don't want an owner making personnel decisions. Hire a GM and trust him.

People are jealous of anyone born into wealth, so they want to say they didn't "earn" their $ so they have to be dumb and lazy because they didn't work for it.
