Everyone around the league is saying that the 49ers will let Smith choose his destination, or release him.

We'll see...BTW, I know a bunch of 49er fans. They cant stand him. But thats not saying anything really. Im sure there are tons of Pats fans that hate Brady. Fans are never satisfied.
