Crap! That's the project you called me about a couple months ago? I'm an idiot. I love doing unconventional stuff like that. Very nice. Restored an observatory in Fredericksburg Texas several years ago.

All observatories are slow. When you're watching stars, nobody is in a hurry. It's not like he's shooting arty out of there.

I kinda figured it would be up your alley. Lots of head scratching to get the design figured out but I think its finally coming together and doesn't leak a drop. Cool thing is its invisible the way we made it so I didn't have to get the HOA approval to do it, since the exterior appearance of the house is unchanged.

I'm doing a master bath, granite countertops, backsplash, 800 sqft stamped and stained patio, finishing a basement, 500 sqft deck addition, 300 linft retaining wall, 13 ton decorative rock, low voltage lighting, and a 12x12 octagon gazebo deck designed for a hottub....

All at one house.

Wow, sweet!

I think I would have built a small deck on the roof but I also don't know how much equipment to haul in and out each time.

That's neat, but I was really hoping this was about Johnny's Smoke Stack.

When its finished and opens on both sides, the pedestal raises up with the telescope on it and the red led strip lighting lights it will be crazy.

I told the guys for Halloween I'll put a Missile shroud on the telescope, get a bunch of dry ice in water turn on the 300 red leds and get loudspeakers to blurt out 10... 9... 8... as the goors open

1 13-ton rock, or 13 tons of small rocks?

I wish I had a big rock in my yard.
