Some of the Europeans eat some of the fattiest food ever, (French) but don't gain weight because they don't eat the processed shit. I don't think the common European diet contains Slim Jims, Bacon Flavored Crackers, Luncheon Meat, American Cheese, Tortilla Chips, yadda yadda yadda. Eat fresh food everyday and you will be more satisfied and lose weight. But we're Americans and with a McDonalds on every corner and a Starbucks it's almost impossible. |
