I have bad gas...
Gotcha! Actually, I have about a gallon of gasoline w/oil for a 2-stroke string trimmer that's gone bad. How can I dispose of it? Will Jiffy Lube take it?

When they buried that '57 Plymouth 50 years ago, they buried a 5 gallon can of gas with it in case we weren't using gasoline anymore. Nobody thought anything about it.

I dont think you can IIRC gas is considered hazardous waste. Maybe take it to your local fire dept they may they might use it for firefighter training. Never hurts to ask.
