What PFF does is not even relevant to my contributions to this thread. I've never even shared what I think of him overall. I kinda want to see him play more than 6 games. I'm not wrong at all about the 2 plays I've discussed in this thread. Every CB in the league or to have ever played has been "victimized" similarly. It's not anything he should hang his head about.

I agree with this. Where we disagree is I think he is overall just not a good CB. I think you are waiting for a bigger sample size and willing to defend him a little more as not fully wanting to call him bad. I am assuming when he his awful for an entire 16 game sample season you will finally warm up to the idea that he stinks in the overall scope of things.

I do agree he is more talent than most of the starters on this team though, which is sad.

I look at the whole picture. He was brought in at 5-6 million per and he should play like being paid that. Pioli brought him in to either upgrade or keep the position the same post Carr. And it's essentially a massive downgrade, not even a lateral move in terms of talent. While still forking over 20 million. How about using 20 million for once and bringing in an actual FA talent. That would be wonderful. In 4 years that has yet to happen.
