Aside from the fact that he's already got a pretty bad win-loss record as a HC, what other reasons are there for the Donks not to hire him? I'm guessing he'll be a step up from McDumbass...

I haven't followed the Panthers enough to know how they are as an organization... aggressive in FA, paying big money to get good players, etc. All I do know is that he was 5-3 in the playoffs since 2002. You have to go back to the 60's to find 5 playoff wins for KC.
