Very, very cool. The style and content is reminiscent of the murals at the Denver airport.
I see alien skeletons and volcanoes and cities and media and aerosol cans and stuff like that ... what does it mean, Mr. HypnotizedMonkey? FAX |

Yeah, most of the time when I paint live I sell tickets and raffle the piece away at the end of the night... that night was a little too crazy for that though, so I ended up giving it to my good friend for use of his computer to produce my music. Trading seems much more worthwhile to me.

This was a graffiti artist show.. so I was influenced by that initially. The buildings in the front with the graffiti on them along with the skeletons represent a dying culture which is being destroyed by an alien entity to make room for their new civilization (the larger buildings in the background). The volcano I put in there because somebody watching insisted I put a volcano in there. lol The alien is using the volcano to destroy the people, showing the alien's need to murder indirectly instead of just blasting the people.. using manipulation of the natural habitat to take their lives. Then, the emission from the volcano mimics the shape of the aerosol spray to represent the alien's view of what he's doing as art. |

I wondered.
I watched, I see the talen and I tried to understand it, but determined that I don't take enough acid or have enough reefer madness to get it. |

I'm guessing that what a person likes about art really comes down to the definition of art in an individual's id. I don't really do it to please everyone, it's more of an impulse driven by MY id. While, I usually enjoy the result, it is fairly non-traditional in respect to most art and I can understand people being a little confused and even disliking it. Thanks for checking it out though!
