French Open: #1 Federer vs. #2 Nadal
http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/ten...ory?id=2476699
Two heavyweights will face off in a #1 and #2 matchup between #1 Roger Federer who is almost on a Pete Sampras level right now and recently turned 20 year old Rafeal Nadal who has the clay court win streak EVER in men's tennis of 59 wins. He hasn't even lost a French Open match yet. Remember the kid just turned 20. I'm obviously rooting for Nadal, this guy was down 5-3 in the match tiebreak with Ljubicic serving only to pull it out and win. He totally dominated winning in straight sets. This is going to be the 1st time Nadal and Federer play in a Grand Slam Championship. It's gonna be something else to watch. Nadal is the most entertaining tennis player to watch since McEnroe, and he's not a dick. Too bad he's not American though. |

Oh, yea. Tennis*. Almost as exciting as soccer.
* unless of course we are talking about the women's semi-finals. |

I was really hoping for Monfils to make a suprise run. He did, a bit, but not as much as I hoped. I think he's gonna be a star with his size and speed.
