This number sounds pretty high. In the past i've heard a few people say Kansas City is turning into Detroit. Who's buying it?

The police should move all the drug dealers near the vacants and allow them to legally sell drugs there. It would decrease crime in the rest of the city.

I'd buy it. You'll find similar pricing for comparable homes/neighborhoods in KC and St. Joseph, despite a higher avg income in the KC area. Much more supply in KC.

I'd say East Kansas City and Northeast KC but if you go to midtown a lot of that area looks like it's ran down. I don't see the city in a good situation.
