Our next left tackle at 100% or Willie Roaf at ...?

I mean no offense against Jordan Black or Will Svitek or Jeff Criswell or whomever is going to be our new left tackle, but I'm wondering how banged up Roaf would have to be for our new guy to be an upgrade at the position.

Roaf is a better LT at 80%, than 90% of the tackles in the league.

Roaf, Walter Jones, Ogden and Pace are a league apart.
