I don't know much about The Black Keys, but I bought Thickfreakness for my wife as she's a fan, and I enjoy the hell out of it. The recording technique used makes it sound thick as ****.

My wife graduated college with this guy (he was mentored by Bo Diddley), and I've seen him a few times:
Originally from Houston, married to A. Whitney Brown, and one of the greatest blues artists you've probably never heard of, Carolyn Wonderland! I've seen her live twice and she puts on one hell of a show. Both Hamilton and Carolyn make it up to Kansas City every now and then. They've both played shows at the Grand Emporium, and BB's Lawnside BBQ. Check them out if you can. |

I saw the Frampton's Guitar Circus show in Beaver Creek, Colorado a few weeks back but with Steve Lukather instead of BB King. I think that you'll really enjoy the show. I know that I did
