This show fuggin Cracks me up. Maybe Im just sheltered because I dont watch TV much, but I started watching this show midway through season one, and freaking love it.

Its about this young movie star and his brother, and two friends from New York, and his rise to stardom...

Tonights show was at the Sundance Festival, where Vince's latest movie Queens Boulevard was a huge success...

plus Turtle and Drama double-teamed this Peace Corps Chick and accidently "crossed swords". heh. funny shit. [Sorry Gochiefs, but they didnt show that part]

Freaking Ari Gold, played by Jeremy Piven is fuggin unreal in this show. He makes it.

HBO's just announced another season, along with True Blood and Hung (which I really like - wait, that sounds wrong).

My parents were visiting LA this past week. If you've never visited, you might be shocked to see electronic billboards, normal billboards and advertising everywhere for television and movies.

Needless to say, there are adverts for "Hung" on bus stops, billboards, buses, etc. While sitting at a stoplight, my Mom says "Hung. I wonder what that's about? Dane, have you ever watched that show before? Would I like it?".

My wife and I fought fearlessly to hold back the laughter and tears.

You know, so far, the show about a male gigaloo has been more clean than True Blood and on par with Entourage as far as nudity and less profanity I'd say than Entourage. I'm sure it'll get pretty dicey in the future though.

I agree. So much so this is the first time I've read this thread this week. I thought this was a terrible episode, and the Turtle side story line is not entertaining at all. I like the fact the guys are branching out, and it makes things different, but this thing with Turtle needs to be wrapped up. Listening to him whine for an entire episode was terrible.

The only thing good that came out of it IMO was the talk with Ari in his office. And they even ****ed that up with this "Yes I can" bullshit from Turtle to end it. Guy's always been one of my favorite characters on the show, and they're ruining him AFAIC.

Honestly, I predicted earlier in this thread that someone would get killed off this season. I think it's gonna be E, and I think Ashley is going to be behind it. Way out of left field, but this show is due for something crazy to happen.

Hmmm...the only real progression last night was in the Ari/Klein story line. Otherwise, the boys just stayed status quo. Other than Turtle "loaning" Jamie Lynn to Drama...lol.

Oh yeah, was it weird to anybody else hearing Ross Gellar say he was upset because, "I really wanted to fuck that girl."

They won't kill E. They wrote that part specifically for that actor.

Like I said before with Schwimmer, I love how they make these prim and propper Hollywood "good guys" look like total pricks. Seth Green is another good example. Bob Saget (although not a good guy in real life) was classic during his cameo. One of the best one liners from this show was when he brought that fruit basket over and as he left, Vince goes, "who the fuck was that?"
