It really depends on a what beer it is.. if it is "bottle-conditioned" it is probably better aged... if not, it is probably not gonna be too good.
Luckily, quite a few Belgian beers are, so you may be in good shape. |

Hmm...I'd wonder about a lambic. The fruit juices in there probably aren't very happy with being left out for so long. What's the % ABV? Alcohol is a preservative, so if it's a high-end beer that's 10% alcohol, you're probably fine. If it is a little 4% kind of deal, it's probably too late.
Regardless, I'd still give it a try, but it may not be optimal. |
