Finnegan isn't opening on the roster either since they want him to be starter. He'll start in AAA.

And like it or not Crow and Collins are going to be back, I'd expect Hochevar to be back also.

Welp I've always figured they'd bring them back instead of opening more spots to fill because frankly if they get rid of them I don't know who they're replacing them with.

This FA market is kinda blah.

Moore has shown the ability to find great bullpen pieces. Crow sucks and isn't worth the money.

I agree with Crow being back but not Collins. Two years ago, Herrera knew the route to Omaha pretty well. He kept giving up home runs. They said he was telling his pitches. If they think they can fix Crow like they fixed Herrera, and he gets very little in arbitration, he'll be back. In my mind, Collins has never pitched to his potential in the majors. I'd let him walk.

If the Royals sign / trade for a starting pitcher, I agree, Finnegan will be a starter in Omaha. If they don't get another starter, Finnegan could be the fifth starter for the Royals.

They're replacement level players. You can get other replacement level players for less. Maybe Crow rediscovers the 5 mph he lost on his fastball, but I doubt it will be here. With Collins, they changed his mechanics and broke him. He's a lefty, so I suppose there's a chance they bring him back, but he was in AAA most of the season for a reason. I hope we get Hoch back on a 1 year "prove your healthy" deal. Throw an effective Hoch in with HDH and look out.
