Proud to be a Chief Fan

I am.....these guys played their hearts out today.....Elvis played well.......the D played well.....I am dissapointed that we lost but I am proud of them because they fought and fought and let at least me know that they dont suck....

things i would change if i were in control:

1) Hire a special teams coach who can coach...let mike stock sell peanuts at arrowhead.

2) Hire an offensive coordinator who likes to score points....let jimmy raye sweep up after mike stock's peanut sales at arrowhead

3) Make the d-line run laps for offsides penalties.....it worked in high school didnt it?

4) Find an nfl kicker who isnt over the hill.....i like stoyo but whens the last time he made a field goal?

5) Find an nfl punter who can kick with hang time and give the cover team a chance.....this saurbrun(sp?) is a joke.....had one good kick in two games

dont even think these things would be hard on the salary cap

p.s. does anyone know what injury Hasty suffered??.....I think his injury hurt us way more than the mcnair injury hurt the titans

I think there have been a lot of positives relating to this team. Donnie Edwards has played great, we've been playing a lot of kids on defense and haven't been blown out, etc. We have played some really tough opponents these first two weeks. Both Tennessee and The Colts have far superior offensive talent than the Chiefs yet we continue to play hard. I like that. I think what has cost us this team is pure and simple. The play calling is terrible and results in very few points...

I don't agree with the way they play the game, but what am I going to do, jump ship and root for another team like I am some band wagon fan? I don't think so. There is no loyalty or honor in that. So what can I say except that I will be RED 'TILL I'M DEAD! GO CHIEFS!

I am proud of the Chiefs too, no one expected us to even give the Titans a game. However, I am getting tired of hearing of how hard they played despite losing the game. This game was ours to win and the coaches lost it. I agree with a post I read earlier that if we still had Hackett and Marty with Gun at DC we would be a far superior team. I am not going to jump ship, I never will, but I'm greedy and felt that we outplayed the titans by far and should have won. I hope we really take it out on the Bolts next week.
