What's for dinner? Here's mine...
A black bean and chorizo soup with focaccia to dip. Lots of great ingredients in the soup and a fresh-baked focaccia to slice and dip. The chorizo is soy and really spicy.

I salted my steaks 30 minutes before putting them on the grill. I let them sit out in room temp as well. They came out perfect.

I am seriously considering going to Costco and buy the whole ribeye and using this food saver system that sits in the kitchen doing nothing.

6.97/lb here yesterday for Ribeye.
