The ignore feature is working correct? People in the community who don't like someone else should use it. Banning someone because he or she is not well liked is asine.

I think the mods/admins do a great job here and no change in philosophy is needed.

I agree. This place was founded on light moderation. If a heavier hand is needed our present mods could do that.

Clearly there are quite a few people who feel, as I do, that this place needs a higher degree of maintenance. Even among the no votes, several have made it known that their only problem with me is team-related. In fact, I'd say that the no votes are fairly evenly divided between people with legitimate concerns, nervous beakers and assholes who hate me personally. Granted, there is a bit of overlap between the beakers and the assholes, but I think you'll see my point.
