Let's talk about the Chargers...

Chiefs can wrap up their 3rd straight AFCW title on Thursday w/ a win over the Chargers.

Phyllis typically shits his pants in Arrowhead, but their passing game presents a problem as we saw wk1. Lots of dropped passes on wide open looks. Wk1 looks a lot different if their WR's come down w/ some of those misses.

Chiefs OL gets to go up against Bosa this go around, OL will have their hands full again going up against him and Ingram. OL will need to play a lot better Thurs, than they did today.

Even though it's TNF, Arrowhead will be rockin' for another primetime game and I think Patrick Mahomes shines, and puts the team on his back. Gonna be tough though, Chiefs are banged up, and it's a short week. But it's a short week for them too, and they have to travel.

The real NFL season has just begun fellas. Go Chiefs!

Tend to agree but would probably need to have two byes.

Yesterday. Ultimately it doesn't matter to us so whatever.

Can't wait for Thursday -- want to put a hammer on the division, the Chargers, and get one step closer to the 1 seed.

While I agree that all divisional rivals should eat a shit sandwich....especially one connected to Spanos. The 2014 TNF road game against the 0-10 Raiders cost KC the play-offs. Chiefs came off a physical win against Seattle (who went to the SB)...and looked completely dead in Oakland. Raiders dont win that game on a normal week...they were awful. KC beat them 31-13 just 3 weeks later.

The NFL is too competitive..with only 16 games...to let something like this decide seeding.

It's not fair to the traveling team...or their fans.

Funny how our game is the final TNF of the season as well.

What's not so funny...is NE had 10 days rest for their home game against Mahomes. It took zero accepted penalties and zero punts for them to win by 3 points in Foxborough.

I wont get into how there was video evidence that multiple fouls were committed by the Pats...BTW has any other team had 0 penalties against them this year? KC should have already had HFA wrapped up...

They got what they deserved in Miami...this is probably the final year of the NFL giving Brady every break. His day is over...the real Michael Jordan of the NFL has arrived.

The Chargers moving to L.A. is more on the citizens and city officials of San Diego, than it is on the owners. Much like the Browns (now the Ravens) the Chargers ownership tried for a decade to get a new stadium, and it never happened.

They were playing in a stadium that was aging very poorly, and it needed to be replaced. Even though the NFL shares profits equally with every team, stadium revenue is extremely important to the success of the team.

All they had to do was build a new stadium, or pay a shit ton of money for a renovation. San Diego as a city refused to get it done.

The NFL approved the Rams to L.A. and told the Chargers that they had to either stay in a crappy stadium, or move to Los Angeles and share a new state of the art stadium with the Rams. They chose the new stadium.

If Arrowhead was falling apart, and the Chiefs said that unless Kansas City and the surrounding areas helped monetarily to build a new stadium they would be forced to move to a different city, I am sure that everyone would vote for what ever new tax increase got the stadium built.

I dont know if you noticed...but the owners just had a one day "winter" meeting this week. What the **** do you think they talk about for one day with 3 games left? These are busy billionaires with hookers to ****...and tax payers to gouge.

They are addressing how they want the post season to play out....this is their "big money" season. Recalibrating...

I'll say this...the officials definitely backed off KC in the Ravens game. Compared to the NE/Rams...it looked somewhat even. It was great...letting the flow of game dictate itself.

I think they might have to (begrudgingly) let things be fair for KC...they have a future Michael Jordan like talent leading the MVP vote. That's the power of a Rodgers/Brady media darling. The initial forecast was to bury KC and prop up LA...this was before they realized they have a goldmine in Mahomes. This last Ravens game almost made them ref proof..

You cant **** a MVP QB over with rigged calls....EVERYONE in the world is fascinated with Mahomes. They cant steal a SB from them now...with ticky tack calls.

PMII just did the impossible...he made the NFL adjust to him.

It can still be stolen. These next two games are not pushovers and the refs can still **** everything up in both of them.

This is the difference with having an educated populace vs. a bunch of hillbillies. SD is an expensive place to live...and they favored local infrastructure over the sham that is the NFL... you know like teacher salaries and dumb things like that

As it stands...Chunt actually profits from the tax handout. All operational costs are covered and he gets to keep the rest. It's SUCH a racket scheme...and it has been proven so. Research says if there if no such NFL franchise exists ...people will spend excess income other places. NFL likes to sell people on how much it brings to a community...while bleeding it dry.

San Diego told the NFL to go **** themselves...

Granny...who doesn't care about football...is on the dole supporting a private for profit business via taxes. Essentially, granny is filling Chunts pockets without even knowing it.

Supposed to rain in the morning that day...think it clears off by game time. Field should be fine as it will be covered til it clears off I assume.

Hate tailgating in shit weather. Hopefully that isn't the case.
