Raiders | Ryan will remain defensive coordinator

Updating previous reports, the San Francisco Chronicle reports Oakland Raiders defensive coordinator Rob Ryan will remain with the team after agreeing to a three-year contract extension Wednesday, Jan. 18.

Greasy Al: "Mr. Saunders, how do you feel about working with our current defensive coordinator Rob Ryan?"

AS: "Well, I don't really know him. I'd be glad to give him a token interview, but I have some other people that I have in mind to be my defensive assistants and coordinator.

Greasy Al: "Thanks for stopping by, Al. You were the best ballboy that the

have ever had. Don't let anybody tell you different."
