Hes the deep threat we need. Even if hes just a decoy to draw defenders. Dude ran a 4.27 at the combine. He probably lost some speed with his injury but he ran a FREAKING 4.27

You could also start Avery and move him to the slot in 3 WR formations, since Baldwin would be a terrible fit there.

Get Baldwin to run off the coverage, Bowe running intermediate routes and Avery running the drag underneath.

I like this signing. He stayed healthy last year and could be a fine player for the chiefs.
