Hardest riddle on the web

This game is apparently one of the hardest games/riddles on the Internet. Only 0.04% can finish it and understand most of it. To get through it you need to be highly internet savvy.

This is causing mass hysteria and posting frenzies on most boards, so I thought I would let you guys have a crack at it.

- It currently goes up to level 36, but good luck getting there.

I'm up to level 8. I thought I'd let the genious's at CP take a shot at it. It's really addicting. I'll help you guys catch up if you get stuck.

I agree. I don't even see any "clues" on half of them. The URL is wrong on the 3rd one. Where are the clues pointing to that?

look at the source at the url, the picture. It's not easy. On one of them I had to download a song, convert it to bmp to see a picture that told the username and password.

OK, so I'm guessing that on the 4th screen you have to make the pic brighter, but I don't have any editing software on this POS laptop... wtf do I do?

use paint to invert the colors which makes the room brighter. But i still cannot see the login/pass.

I tried that first, but they could just have made a lighter shade of grey, which would only be visible if you changed the brightness/contrast of the pic.
