All jokes aside, I'm really worried about our starting pitching.

The good news is that spring training pitching is usually not in top form. Does anyone have any real data that shows the relevance of spring training pitching to regular season?

I was at the game last Sunday. The wind was blowing 30+ to dead CF and it was 81*. Today it was 74* with negligible wind.
There were 40 hits in that game also. So I'm going to disagree with you and say that today was probably worse for both teams.

Again, I expect reality to kick in with cool weather and the fact that most professionals will kick it into gear when the real season starts.

But I'm impressed with the hitting thus far.

Greinke didn't exactly inspire confidence in possibly his last tune up.

You think Greinke really gives a sh*t right now? I don't. Greinke is crazy. He's probably trying to throw a 12th pitch or throwing that goofy 50 mph lob just because he's bored.

He actually said today was his 2nd-best day all Spring. (last outing was the best)

He basically said he had his stuff, all his pitches went where he wanted them, and he did not want to come out when they pulled him. A lot of the other pitchers basically got hit hard, but you could tell from the play by play that Greinke had some pretty bad luck with ground balls either dying in the grass for infield singles or barely crawling out of the infield.
