Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs

Well, it looks like the deal is done.

https://twitter.com/intent/user?scre...w_p=tweetembed

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith.

We get it. He's not Geno Smith to you. However, he deserves at least a shot.

Unfortunately some of you have your head so far up your own ass that you can't sit down that you're incapable of that.

Like I said. A new standard for stupid. When you can make Raider fan look reasonable, you're setting new standards!

Question: If my fondest hope is that the quarterback of my team gets knocked out on his first play, what am I?

Answer: Stupid. Uuuuugllly stupid. A new standard for stupid.

So you hope the guy we are invested in for the next 2 years gets knocked out of the first snap he takes.

I just can't understand it.

But I'll ****ing guarantee that if he does good things, you'll be a front row cheerleader.

Having this take offers no risk. If he sucks, you can gloat. If he doesn't, no one remembers it.

I wonder if these are the guys who were mad that we wanted the Chiefs to lose so Pioli would get fired...

This team isn't winning anything meaningful with Alex Smith so it's not like it matters that much.

17 TDs FTMFW!
You could put 3/4 of the starting QB's in the league in Cassel's spot in 2010 and they'd get 30 TD's.

Was just checking the Raiders Board for their thoughts on Geno. A lot of them prefer Pryor.
