Will we ever have LBs that come up and hit like this?

Granted, he got penalized for it but when was the last time you saw someone from our team just crush someone?

Our entire defense is back on their heals because of Crennel's shitty scheme.

I almost started a similar thread while watching games last weekend.

Other teams seem to play much faster, and much, much more physical.

The Chiefs D would rather stay nice and reactionary. After all, we can't have a bounty investigation, can we?

Hard, but sloppy, hit! My HS coach would have been screaming his head off for dropping his head like that when he went in for the hit. He led with his helmet, not his shoulder.

That's a cheap shot to the head. Typical Steelers linebacker play.

This. Sans a couple games here and there, this D has always looked pussified under RAC. Remember back in the 90's when the Chiefs used to play tackling highlights at home games on that ACME brick commercial while playing "Brick House?" Most of the time it showed Chiefs players absolutely smashing in to the ball carrier. Well, this team doesn't have that player on our D that brings the pain on hits, not a single one.. Berry was about our best one at that, but now that he's a gimp we've got no one.

When I watched the Raiders/Chargers game last week those guys were popping pads every single play. I haven't seen that kind of intensity out of the Chiefs for a while. It has affected the intensity with which I observe games. These Chiefs are boring in addition to being pathetic.

That's exactly what our whole group of people watching the game with was discussing last weekend. The team looks like they are flatfooted and slow. That they're just there to be there.
