I'm not that good a cook. But in a completely spontaneous action, I stopped at the store on my way home last night and bought french onion dip in a jar along with some ruffled potato chips. My wife was initially surprised, but then she had some and she too remembered the delicious cornucopia of flavors of chips and french onion dip.

As I read through this thread, I thought sour cream sounds like a good addition to guacamole. But now I'm thinking maybe I should add french onion dip instead.
