I'll give you this. Of course Herm will be here next year. The defense is actually getting better.

But if the offense doesn't show improvement next year Herm sucks. Period.

You're overlooking the fact that Herm was the Jets head coach for 4-5 years. His body of work is a lot more than 14 games...and it's a disaster.

I want him to coach competently...which he is incapable of doing. Therefore, I'd like him to resign and just go the hell away, or be fired. It was a giant mistake to hire him in the first place.

He is good buddies with Carl Peterson and that is what really matters. We don't care about winning, we just want to make sure Carl is comfortable when he gets to the office each day.

herm is supposed to be a motivator. I have seen this team fall flat. what else is he good for, he's not a numbers guy.
