It's officially official, I must be on the cusp of old-mandom.
No, this has nothing to do with hemorrhoids, AARP memberships or sciatica nerve pain. No, this is much worse. I have suffered the humiliation of having a personal hygiene item discontinued. Mennen apparently has decided to no longer manufacture my beloved Speed Stick deodorant in musk scent.



Look, it might be old fashioned but I've used this stuff for 30+ years and I don't want to change. I don't want to wear something with a stupid name like Fresh Sport or Excite. I don't want to apply something with the consistency of wet chalk. Now I know how the adherents to Hai Karate must have felt back in the day.

I've used Speed Stick Unscented for years. Sometimes it's hard to find in stock, so I often buy two or three sticks at once so I don't run out and have to switch to a scented kind.

Yeah, I know, it is chick deodorant, but it works, has little to no odor and doesn't leave you smelling like cheap cologne like just about any other men's deodorant does.
