Looting already documented in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Lowest of the low to steal from shopkeepers during a natural disaster like this. Is it worth getting your head blown off over a pair of Nikes? I'm pretty liberal on most things, but I believe shop keepers have a right to shoot to kill looters in situations like this.
