Why would we wait to fire Pioli when we need a GM in there now to start looking for an HC before all the good ones are snatched up?

Clark is switching shit up...breaking away from the traditional Owner/GM/HC protocol.

The HC will answer directly to to the owner now...taking power from the GM. We need to hire a HC ASAP...sooner than we need to hire a GM IMO...

From the tone of his voice today you can tell he is pissed off and embarrassed. I think he has been doing a lot of studying of how he wants to fix things himself more. He went with the whole hands off, give all the control to one person thing in Pioli and it ruined his franchise. Now everything has to pass through him... if it f**ks up, it is on him.
