This is just straight HTML, right? No dynamic content using PHP, ASP, etc.? If that's the case, just create a project folder on your HD that'll contain all your files (HTML pages, images). Create a subfolder for your images to keep it clean. Then, just open your editor and start by creating a file from your template called 'index.html', and save it to that folder. You've now started creation of your website- it just resides on your HD instead of the web for now.
Continue creating subsequent pages if necessary (i.e.- contact.html, photos.html, etc.).I don't know your editor at all, but I'm assuming it's a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get)- this should allow you to pull in the required pictures from your images folder and just insert them were they go. Nowadays, it's basically like creating a Word doc- just making tables, inserting pics, and typing up yer text. Create hyperlinked text to connect all your pages. Then, when finished, open a browser and surf to that folder. Open up the index.html file, and make sure everything looks right and is hyperlinked correctly. If so, find some free FTP software (somethng like CuteFTP) that lets you upload the contents of your folder to your webhosting space. (you'll need to get your FTP address, username, and password from your webhosting provider). Make sure all folder structure is exactly the same on both your PC and your webhost. After uploading, make sure it works from your domain. This is really high-level, and only for simple static webpages and text. I'm sure there are lots of tutorials out there for this same procedure. Hope this helps- Z

You might want to PM Phobia. I think his http://www.greensummitdispatch.com/ site is run off of a CMS of some sort, which would probably take a lot less work than generating each page manually. I don't know much about that type of thing though.

Is that product just for MS Sharepoint, which I think is more of a windows file sharing thing then a blog/news site. At least that is what I think it would be.
