THERE IS NOT 1 NFL PLAYER THAT COULD PLAY IN THE NBA.

WANNA KNOW HOW I KNOW THAT?

BECAUSE IF THERE WAS...

THEY'D BE PLAYING IN THE NBA.

there is not 1 professional reason for an athlete who is good enough to be an NBA player to play in the NFL

it would never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever happen

well check that; the only position that would ever POSSIBLY pass up the NBA for the NFL would be QB...

but even that would be a tough sell

Yes
The ONLY reason anyone doesn't play a sport is because they can't. It NEVER has anything to do with anything else.

1) guaranteed contracts
2) longer careers
3) more money
4) less health risks

point altogether?

I REPEAT

THERE IS NOT 1 NFL PLAYER WHO COULD MAKE AN NBA ROSTER.

What does LeBron do athletically that Calvin Johnson can't as it pertains to football? Calvin isn't unstoppable and Detroit's record would prove that. Your argument is stupid.

this may be a somewhat fair comparison

but now your argument is

LeBron is probably Calvin Johnson

and Calvin Johnson is one of the all-time freakish players to ever play in the NFL

so

Never occurred to you that some athletes just don't care for a particular sport. There are many athletes that love the physicality of football.

"no Mom, I'm going to play in the NFL. Sure, if I don't get drafted in the 1st round I'll spend the first 4 years of my career...which in most cases is my entire career...making what I'd make in 1 NBA season and I'll probably die at 50...but I'm choosing to play in the NFL because I love the fact I won't be able to walk or think or go to the bathroom without assistance when I get older..."

I'm sure that happens a lot!

Too thinned frame?

DESEAN JACKSON PLAYS IN THE NFL.

The fact of the matter is...

if you're good enough to play in the NBA...YOU PLAY IN THE NBA.

FULLY GUARANTEED CONTRACTS
TONS OF MORE MONEY
LIVE LONGER

that's why the best of the best of the black athlete play in the NBA...and the 2nd tier play in the NFL

a guy like Michael Jordan in his prime would have absolutely crushed the NFL...how do you guard a quick guy that is 6'6" and can jump 40+ inches?

How?

How?

How?

RIDDLE ME THAT

I'd love to see ANY of these players try to do what a 12-year-old Chinese girl (speaking of a 14-year-old on the PGA tour!) can do on anything from the balance-beam to the uneven bars. I'd love to see Lebron's or Shaq's floor routine! So what's you're point, Lebron is more NFL-ready than He Kexin maybe?

the only problem is

the only skillset you need to excel at NFL receiver is hand-eye coordination, height, speed, agility, etc...

there are 50 ****ing guys in the NBA that are 6'3" and taller...run fast...have amazing agility and can jump out of the ****ing gym

I don't really even know why I argue this anymore...Jimmy Graham proves my point. The next Jimmy Graham will come along sooner than later and again prove my point.

playing receiver in the NFL is not cerebral

you need to run fast and jump high...and understand how to run a route (which would be the only learning curve)

it's not ****ing rocket science

should I remind you...DeSean Jackson plays in the NFL

So every decision made by anyone is driven by money? I'm sure glad that's not the case because there wouldn't be any teachers.
