Stanzi Supporters Need To Apologize

For the past 2 seasons you wasted our time discussing someone more irrelevant than Mr. Irrelevant.

Hows the comparison to Curtis Painter look now?

I suggest you just read for awhile and learn how this place rolls, dude.

You are digging a hole that is close to the point of no return at this point.

Ok, what am I doing wrong? Saying what I think? Speaking the truth? Not kissing ass? Not calling people names enough? Posting quality unbiased stuff from a non-homer point of view? Talking about real football instead of making excuses? Is this some kind of threat? Are you and your buddies going to gang up on me and have a boot party? I see alot of people kicking others when they're on the ground.

He has the ability/talent...which is why this is frustrating.
I agree and disagree. I don't think Stanzi is ready, but it isn't a courage issue. Stanzi stands tall in the pocket and makes throws when he knows that he's going to get hit. Problem is, when everything turns to shit, he is lost right now. I believe that to be an issue of not knowing the playbook forward and back.

Stanzi hasn't yet had the luxury of learning umpteen new offenses in the NFL, so it's harder for him to learn a new offense in a short time not yet learning how to do that. Not only that, but everything that transfers from one offense to another, just different terminology.

Stanzi seems to be behind in the classroom, and things break down, he doesn't seem to know exactly where his help is supposed to be. Result, he panics.

With time, he will be fine. He proved a film rat at Iowa, and made huge improvements from his junior to his senior year. He's the type of guy I can see benefitting greatly from the ipad interactive playbooks. Which the team is rumored to be interested in switching to.

Why don't go stick your monkey wrench up your ass ****stick. I bet your fingers are nice and oily. Just right to slide it up in there. If you're lucky, you might even be able to get one of the other Pep Boys to do it for you. You're just another whiney bitch who needs to get laid. Don't you belong over there on one of those soft porn threads? Or, are you a man hunter Mr. Monkeywrench?

Monkey wrench? Make assumptions much? 'Spose you're racist too?

Fact is, your views do suck most time. It's football, yes, but the athletes aren't machines, therefore, things aren't black and white.

Answer me a question dickbag, how many times have you watched game 2?

Not sure if the Romeo on Stanzi quote has been posted yet:

"It's always tough to get a true evaluation with the circumstances the way they were," Crennel said. "Some of the protection he had wasn't as good as it could have been. But he tried to run the offense. Maybe he wasn't as solid as he normally is, but in looking at the things he did and the things he's capable of doing ... he was looking at the right places but there were times he wasn't able to deliver the ball because somebody was in his face and now he pulled it down and things happened."

Pretty consistent with what some posters are saying.

I am not an old, fat, black man...but I think he just said what I did.

Doesnt sound like they are faulting Stanzi much.

I hope he gets enough looks to be able to overcome that rams game.

Cordell Cordell ‏@TheFilmRoom

#Chiefs what I want to see from Stanzi is a more conservative approach. Take the check down, go with the first read, make the easy play.

Cordell ‏@TheFilmRoom

@chrisisknitting not baby steps, that's QBing in the NFL...the best make a living with short/intermediate routes.

Cordell ‏@TheFilmRoom

@chrisisknitting that's been my contention with Stanzi...he rarely operates in that area, Cassel rarely operates outside that area.

And that right there is why I've pretty much given up on Stanzi starting, or really replacing Cassel in general.

That's PRECISELY what the Chiefs want to see from him too - they want him to be more like Cassel.

I'm telling you, they think Matt Cassel is the IDEAL QB.

Dude you need to change your avatar... Keep thinking you are Claythan... Which is killing your credibility, coolness factor and style points.
