And midwesterners wonder why people who live on the coasts think the midwest is full of hicks and dumbasses.

This fanbase treats offensive linemen like the lifeforce of a ****ing football team. A raw yet half-promising rookie OT deserves to be treated with the utmost respect by its fan base, because they think the fat **** has some star power aura about him.

Meanwhile, QBs are just throwaways. Just sign some veteran puke and tell him to not screw up too badly. Yeah, if we're feeling saucy maybe we'll take a risk on a promising prospect in the later rounds, but we'd prefer it if you contained that shit to the undrafted guys. You know, so we don't waste any valuable draft stock on a ****ing QB.

Last time I checked, the Packers, Bears, Chiefs, Colts, Cowboys and Vikings would all be considered "Midwest".

Personally, I think it's just the Chiefs and their fans. Truth be told, that's due to Lamar Hunt and now, Clark Hunt. Not the fans. 99% of the fans enjoy the game and don't know a single thing about college players (outside of their region), other NFL teams, personnel, etc.

I've been saying it for more than a decade on this forum but the Chiefs vision (or lack thereof) was all mandated by the Hunt's. It's the only explanation for their decisions.

Look for Hartman to push for the starting FS spot. I remember last year he was always around the ball and likes to hit. Complete opposite of Lewis.

what the **** is this shit

You've got no idea what you're talking about if you think dem true Chiefs fanzzz are the only ones that think the offensive line is the "lifeforce" of a team. Far from it, actually.

Also, my thoughts: Fisher needs to be held to lofty standards, he was the mother****ing 1st pick in the draft. Having said that its pretty clear that his hand are effecting his play. Lets wait till he plays a game or two before calling him a bust. However hes a first overall pick playing rt... He better be really good, really fast.

I recall the same sorta discussion about Poe last year. And how the #11 pick was a huge overreach or even wasted. Yet early camp reports state he is greatly improved in his 2nd year.

Patience. It's been one week.

This is bullshit. He should be an above average player day one. And he had better ****ing be more than an above average player once he matures.

He's also HUGE at like 6'3''

I dont know how fast he is on gameday or his range. He's probably not as good of a center fielder like Lewis is in the pass game but it doesnt matter because Lewis gets burned by everyone.

I am not arguing that. I was referring to this season and this season alone when I said mature into an above average player.

By the end of the year he should be an ascending player at his position.

Career wise he needs to be a cornerstone on the OL for 10+ years and regarded as one of the best at his position.

I wasn't on the draft OL bandwagon. It kind of sucks that we went that route.
