Hard to quantify HOW MUCH better, but I think most Chiefs fans would agree on three things when discussing this.

(1) Last season's KC OL was good at pass pro... even if the quick pass scheme assisted.
(2) Not good in run blocking.
(3) Oakland's OL is >>>> KC's.

Ultimately, your post has nothing to do with mine. I can legitimately feel that Carr is being overrated, and that there's no genuine motive behind that assessment. You can spin and dance it, if you must though.

Here's another breakdown of the offensive line, not allowing Alex to deliver the ball

Mahomes gets two full seasons as starter minimum before any judgement or criticism will be taken in to account.

Is what it is, Smith bitches. Deal with it.

So, there will a moratorium on your bitching in 2020?

For some reason, I sincerely doubt it.

What in god's name would make you even TRY to link Mahomes with the sorry enigma that IS Smith football?
If anything, I shift to full time Reid destruction at that point coupled with some WR abuse for good measure.

Issues surrounding why a QB fails or succeeds is either an excuse or isn't. All of this, you have clearly set as precedent. Do not cower from it now.

Feel free to keep running your "full of Smith babies" mouths; I will undoubtedly enjoy watching this entire board crucify you two morons on a daily basis for your efforts.

Passing offense plagued with terrible receivers and a line that has only been ranked average once in 4 years.

Remind me where is Kyle Williams, Hemingway, bowe, Hammond and Avery right now?? . This place even bitches about Albert Wilson, constantly. Smith's fault, right?

Well, given the upgrades at WR and OL the team has acquired throughout Alex's stead here, it would make sense that Alex would do stuff like increase his efficiency numbers or red zone scoring percentage or his overall stats.

What's that? He didn't?

It's still not Alex's fault! It can't be!

If it's everything but Smith's fault why did the Front Office trade up to draft the polar opposite of Smith? Why did they not trade up for a receiver, OL, or RB? Or if they thought there were none worthy to trade up for why didn't they just stand pat for one and get their QB in RD 2?

Dorsey gambled and wanted the QBOTF now, rather than later, to LEARN from Smith. And his gambling in addition to his unprofessional handling of Maclin got him fired.

Next question.

So Clark Hunt should fire himself because he gambled with the final say to trade up for Patrick Mahomes II. Dorsey couldn't have done that without Clark Hunt blessings and that deal was in the works prier to the draft.
