Sweet 16 rep? You guys are so used to this, why are you treating it like it's a big deal?

In a tournament where your season can be OVER after any one game; it's still a big deal.

It's really more of a feeling of relief than anything else, but it still means something.

On to the SS, then the EE, FF and hopefully a NC!

I think you have to reach the EE before you can reach the FF.

The reason why it's sooooooo sweet is because the 1st half scared the holy shit out of them especially in their home court of KC. No more home court and we'll see how far they go now

KU needs to be reminded that their game is in the paint and not on the perimeter. If they do this they will go far but if they get cute and forget which side of their bread is buttered(like the 1st half today) they will be done soon.

You really don't know much about KU. I mean, yeah, KU is dominant in the paint. But they do typically shoot the 3 well. And that isn't exactly what was happening yesterday. TOs were the biggest part. And they were taking it into the paint against UNC in the first half. They were simply missing a lot of bunnies.

But, the exact opposite happened. They were going inside all game, but missed several shots within 2 feet of the basket in the first half... and granted they started making those close shots in the 2nd half, I believe they were 0/6 from 3 in the first half and 5/8 in the second half.

Not at all... Roy's teams have a very difficult time winning when they aren't shooting well... and it took all of 5 minutes for them to tie it in the 2nd half.
