Chiefs Choose your QB(s) in exchange for the #1 pick

In Option 2, do we get all of the quarterbacks, or do we just get our choice of one of them? And if it's all of them, can they all be on the field at the same time or can we only play one quarterback?

You could invent a new formation where they are all on the field at the same time and call it the crazy cat.

I'm more intrigued now that I know we can have all eight quarterbacks on the field at the same time. I'd be tempted to call it the Octopus formation, but then again I'm not sure there are really eight arms there.
