I initially put $25 and after a horrible week am getting ready to do it again. Not a DAMN thing wrong with playing light. I have just as much fan as people who play higher amounts. It's like crack.

I'm just hoping I can at least break even and keep playing. Then again, a nice paycheck would be nice. I do pretty good in FF every year, with any luck all that wasted time will transfer into a few bucks.

If you know what you're doing, and use the strategy the game provides in what to play for against whom, you should be just fine!

why do you like Ingram, if I may ask?
I wouldn't touch him with a thirty foot pole. |

Hootie, do you value QBs in FanDuel as much as you do in standard fantasy leagues?

I played for the first time this last week and won $38 over my total bets, so that was fun. I will probably play more, although I wish I would have gotten in during baseball season. I'm not in the know about NBA as much as I used to be.

I go pass heavy, dome heavy for the first 10-11 weeks before I start worrying about running backs (cold months). My strategy is VALUE RBs, ELITE QB, TWO ELITE RECEIVERS (whether it's 1 TE and 1 WR or 2 WRs), and then go from there. I go Peyton just about every week. Dude throws a minimum of 3 TDs every week. If you think there is a super good value QB out there, then it would be wise to surround your team with Peyton targets like D.T. and J.T. Last week I netted $475 with this lineup: Peyton (only played 3 quarters and was still beast) Ben Tate (awful) Ellington (good) Jordy (ok) Golden Tate (great) Jermaine Kearse (can't believe I picked him, $200 more expensive, than Baldwin. It was a coin toss and I thought Kearse had better TD potential. **** me.) Jordan Reed (meh, no real great TE's last week) Bills DEF (legit) Shayne Graham (legit) ...low scoring week, QB carried me. He was 1 point away from winning me another $150, too. So if they didn't pull him, that lineup would've netted $625 I decided the one week that I shied away from Peyton (and he went nuts) I'd never do it again. I don't do Thursday fanduels so I have the other elite QB in my lineup this week I play for a lot of money so I don't feel comfortable sharing my lineups over the internet since my handles matchup with my Fanduel handle and I don't want it to be archived on the internet for my competitors to stumble across. |

you'll never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever see me with RB's that combine for more than 14000 in salary. Ever.
To each their own, though. I'm still down overall this year so I'm no FanDuel genius or anything. |

but this week is another good example in REGULAR fantasy football why you should NEVER DRAFT A RB IN THE FIRST 3 ROUNDS
Tre Mason Bryce Brown Denard Robinson All RB2's now all free for the taking on the wire Jordy Nelson's don't grow on trees. Ahmad Bradshaw's do. Man, a redraft standard league? Obviously DeMarco would go #1 overall (I still wouldn't take him) but here's how I'd draft if I had the first 10 picks and was competing against myself: 1. Peyton 2. Jordy 3. Demaryius 4. Jimmy Graham (if healthy) 5. Rodgers 6. Antonio Brown 7. ah shit I'll stop there I mean, as of right now in a PPR league obviously DeMarco, Jamaal, Forte, Arian etc... have value. But does anyone really think all 4 of those guys make it through the 2nd half of the season without injury? I draft definites. Clearly, AJ Green/Calvin etc...aren't guarantees. But receivers take a hell of a lot less of a beating than RB's and their is a ton of less risk. I'm stacked in a league, most points by far, 2 QB league I had the #1 pick (took Peyton). I have : Peyton/Romo Ellington/Lamar Miller/Bradshaw/Tre Mason/Bryce Brown/Rashad Jennings/Monte Ball Jordy/Cobb/Crabtree Cameron/Kelce I cannot be beat in that PPR league and I don't have a single actual 'what was considered' good RB to start the year. I spent my important picks on Peyton/Romo/Jordy/Cobb/Ellington and I'll do it every year and I'll keep profiting because of it |

Signed up for rotowire.com so I know what I'm doin in this $100 NBA League I'm in, to get free subscription I put $25 in Fan Duel.
I will be doing zero fantasy football leagues, this much I assure you. All NBA or NCAA College Basketball (if those exist)
