What "Classic" Movies Have You Never Seen?

So, we had some friends over last night and the guy started talking to me about classic movies. He mentioned a scene from The Godfather and I told him that I've never seen it. He looked at me like I was an alien and asked about a few others.

So, how about you?

Snatch, Taxi Driver, City of God, and Das Boot are the ones that are the most intriguing to me.

I've intentionally avoided Silence of the Lambs and Aliens due to them being too intense.
I would put City Of God into the intense category even more so than the others because it's based on a true story.

As for the Star Wars discussion I saw the first one on its original release in the 70's when I was in high school and swore I'd never see another and haven't.

Although dated with a very 80's look I thought the original Hannibal Lecktor played by Brian Cox in the movie Manhunter was way better as was William Peterson as Will Graham and Tom Noonan as The Tooth Fairy.

If you've seen Manhunter, there's absolutely zero doubt where Anthony Hopkins got his inspiration for how he'd portray Hannibal.

As far as serial killer movies go, Henry, Portrait of a Serial Killer was probably the creepiest one to me.

I tried to watch a Star Wars movie with my wife for the fist time in my life a weekend ago, when Spike TV was running some sort of marathon.

It was the one with Jaba and Forest of Endor shit. I made it about 45 minutes before I fell asleep. I could understand the nostalgia if you grew up watching the stuff, but it was just cheesy as shit to me and didn't hold my attention.

My kids watched the first Star Wars (episode 4 I guess) and then had no interest watching any more.
They love Indiana Jones movies though.

Godfather is WAAY up there for me. Don't force me to pick between it and Casablanca. Maybe one or two others. I'll take 'em all, thanks.

My oldest loves Star Wars and my youngest made it halfway through "Empire" and said "that's enough". They are only two years apart, so I guess it's just a personality thing.
