Its not the spurs. Im just not expecting any quality play that will have me real interested. The Spurs will sweep easily.

I agree.

I'm pretty shocked I came home to see them down by 20. Wasn't sure they were capable of playing bad minutes.

If they lose, it's really no big deal. Pop has a pretty well known rep for tanking games. He's does this to save minutes on his star players. It's pretty brilliant actually, although some fans hate it. If they picked a game to tank or not play as hard, this would be the one to do it.

24-0 run. I just don't see anyone beating this team.

This could be one of the bigger developments of the playoffs. The knee and age do not seem to be an issue right now.

Shortened season helped. Plus Pop was able to rest him quite a bit during the season.

Duncan and Garnett may have made a deal with the devil or found the fountain of youth. It's like they've both turned back the clock five years. It's interesting because usually when big men start to decline there is no stopping it. Maybe they are just both letting it hang out because they know they don't have much left. Either way, much respect to both for their efforts. Even though I'm not a big fan of KG he's bringing it hard.

He definitely rested Duncan a lot. He could with this team without worry. Their depth is really impressive.

Some of the greats made one last push even it didn't include the playoffs. Shaq (the full year in PHX) and Hakeem (in 99).
