I have been a fan of this cab since the article was ran about Vermeil's winery. I have not purchased the first bottle, but my boss has bought quite a few for me as gifts, since I like it so well. The 2000 is really very nice now.
One of my other favorites, which I have enjoyed a lot is Freemark Abbey. I drink primarily cabs, and this is incredible but a little pricey. Franciscan Oakville Estates is a very nice Cab with an obvious Oaky taste for just around $20. |
