RAC is a good X's and O's guy. He's forgotten more about football than everyone on this forum knows combined.

He's a terrible leader and clearly a terrible organizer. He should be a coordinator, where he excels... not HC, where he flounders. They're different jobs and being an coordinator really doesn't prepare you for being a head coach.
