I would also say, wiht the advances and more uses of technology and information gathering, it's alot easier at this time to do these things.


Of course, in the end, they have the most and largest amount of information available that we just can't know, so they have an advantage there.

But I think there are a few on this board who have an eye for talent as well as some evaluators who do it for a living.

I like SNR too.
