I don't think there's much merit in terms of damages, but that doesn't mean I disagree with what you say here. Even a relatively meritless case that embarrasses the hell out of them might be worth it to someone.

It will be interesting to see how many of these stories pan out... just law abiding fans having things confiscated and arbitrarily thrown out, or was it a few obnoxious knotheads who yapped too much?
